Terms of Service
Last updated 12 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and OÜ Bindito ("Bindito", "we", "us") for using the Bindito app and our website, bindito.com. By creating an account, you agree to them. Some features described here may not be available yet. Their sections apply from the day each feature is available.
1. Who can use Bindito
You must be 18 or older. You need an account from Apple, Google or Facebook to sign in, and you can have one Bindito account. You're responsible for what happens on your account, so keep access to your sign-in provider secure.
2. Your content
Your content is yours. This includes card photos, card details, albums, comments, messages, your profile and listings. By posting it, you give Bindito a free, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, store, show and share it in the app and on the website, for as long as it stays on Bindito. This lets us run the service, for example showing your cards in the feed or on your public profile.
Only post content you have the right to post. Every card you save is public. See our Privacy Policy for what other collectors can see.
3. What's not allowed
Bindito has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Don't post or send:
- Harassment, threats, hate speech or bullying.
- Sexual, violent or otherwise offensive content.
- Photos of people, documents or anything personal that isn't yours to share.
- Spam, scams, or fake or misleading listings.
- Counterfeit or stolen cards, or anything illegal.
- Content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or other rights.
Don't impersonate others, create accounts to get around a suspension, interfere with the service, or collect other users' data with bots or scrapers.
4. Reporting, blocking and moderation
You can report any card, comment, message or user in the app, and block any user. A blocked user can't see your profile or contact you. We review reports within 24 hours.
We may remove content, or suspend or close accounts, that break these terms, without notice when needed to keep Bindito safe. If you think we got it wrong, contact us.
5. Buying and selling
Collectors can list cards for sale and make offers in the app. A sale is between the buyer and the seller. Bindito isn't a party to it and doesn't own the cards.
- Sellers must describe cards honestly, including their condition, and ship them as agreed.
- Buyers must pay for what they agree to buy.
- Payments, fees and buyer protection will be described in the app before payments are available.
6. Card recognition
Bindito identifies cards from your photos automatically. Results can be wrong, so check them before saving. Card details and prices shown in Bindito are for information only.
7. Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. Your cards, albums, comments and profile are then deleted, as described in our Privacy Policy. If you have an open order, deletion completes when the order closes.
8. The service
Bindito is provided as it is and as available. We work to keep it running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change, add or remove features.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Bindito isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, for content posted by other users, or for transactions between users. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.
10. Changes to these terms
We'll update these terms when the service changes, and show the new date at the top. For significant changes, we'll let you know in the app first. If you keep using Bindito after a change, the new terms apply.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Estonian law. Disputes are settled by the courts of Estonia, unless the law of the country you live in gives you the right to go to court there.
12. How to contact us
For questions about these terms, or anything else, contact us at hello@bindito.com.
